Aceito Banks

Waukegan, Ill… a town only thirty minutes away from Chicago, mostly known for its high unemployment rate, illegal immigrants, major drug-trafficking, and being surrounded by some of the richest suburbs in the country. A town intended to be a place where people didn’t have to live a life as fast as the city life, with the hopes of staying out of the way of gangs, murder, and poverty. When you come from a place where there are no jobs and high drug-trafficking the best chances you have are to rap, play sports, or sell dope!

During the summer of 1996 four young talented men became friends 4 life and then became a rap group know known as
“The F.A.T.A.L.4”.
The group consists of four members,
Matik, Drastic aka “Jack”, Darange aka and Ace. The Group has been together for a good 12 years and still going. The name “The F.A.T.A.L.4” stands for, The Four Artists Talking About Life 4ever.

The group brings a very original sound to the industry by strategically arranging their production and creating all of their own derivative works. Influenced by some of the best artist and groups in the world from Twista, Physcodrama, Triple Darkness, Bone Thugs n Harmony, Snypaz, Do or Die, Action, Crucial Conflict, Ghetto Boys, N.W.A., Eightball and MJG, UGK, Outkast, Biggie and the Junior Mafia, to Tupac and the Outlaws.
The group’s unique style has unintentionally created its own genre of rap titled “reality music” due to their well known autobiographies and true stories. With Illinois being located in between L.A and New York and having roots to all down south city’s and states, the listeners of all genres can enjoy all music the same since we get to hear everything that passes threw rather on radio or disc.
The group has released multiple albums and mixtapes beginning with the 2001 album “That’s what’s up“,” Back to the Streets”, “It’s going down”, “Pound Pushas” and one of their most well respected mixtapes “Round 1”. Without the help of any label, manager, or agent the group has been blessed to meet or perform for Twista, Do or Die, Physcodrama, Triple Darkness, Soulja boy, Harold Melvin & the Bluenotes, B.E.T. springbling 07, Devin the Dude, Young Jeezy, Kanye West, Russell Simmons, Reverend Run, Jim Jones, J-Prince, and others.
What separates The F.A.T.A.L4 from other rap groups in the industry are, writing their own lyrics, their unorthodox collaborations amongst each other, and their all respected by their own fan base as solo artist and members of a group. Its has been a long enough grind for the group networking in Chicago, Ohio, Detroit, St. Louis, Atlanta, New York, Florida, Virginia, Texas, and even Jamaica.
The group has a plan to release multiple mixtapes and a well waited DVD/documentary that should be the beginning of the endless era of
The F.A.T.A.L.4.
